You worked well with our architect and made some very practical suggestions at the beginning of the project. Throughout the project, you kept us well informed of the actual costs compared to our budget. I appreciate that you made various suggested changes, both large and small, to our original plan during the course of the project while at the same time being sensitive to our desire to control costs.You were direct in your feedback and I felt that I was getting honest information throughout the course of work. We ended up making a number of your suggested changes and are glad we did. In addition, you were very timely and patient with answers to our questions.

During the course of this six-month project, we never had problems with your sub-contractors and we felt that your team was professional, polite and did a great job cleaning up on a daily basis.
